LEVEL UP: The Healing Sanctuary offers a local in-person or out-of-state virtual after-care personal development and coaching system once you graduate from the initial program. This will be a custom-designed outreach course specifically for the needs of that individual. A series of round tables (lasting 1-3 days) including personal training can set up to reinforce the exclusive “Qi to Life” program presented by The Healing Center to ensure maximum results in moving forward with their sobriety.

Nutrition and dietary focus are maintained to keep the digestive tract in top shape.
The critical steps for proper sleeping patterns are kept.
Journaling in the morning and evening is maintained with roundtable discussions.

Follow up progress daily, weekly, and end of week responsibility (includes a buddy system).
