I Know This Because I Lived It
My dad was gone at 6 years old.
My mom was a rockstar. She did the absolute best she could — no doubt. That still didn’t fill the void.
So I had to seek higher vision within the community. Teachers, coaches, counselors — men willing to guide me and show me how to be a man. I was lucky. I found men of integrity and humility.
That’s the story behind that 90% statistic.

I’ve worked with hundreds of young men here in Las Vegas — helping ground them, root them, connect them.
The Young Men’s REset combines mentorship, breathwork, fitness, and resilience practices with real brotherhood and structure — not just a mindset shift, but deep work that rebuilds identity and confidence from the inside out.
It’s built around four foundations: faith, family and friends, finances, and fitness.
I am not a doctor — but this is what I am seeing on a daily basis. Our community alliance of independent licensed Partners in Care includes a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose expertise in resilience and trauma recovery supports the deeper emotional work alongside the mentorship.
